Where do I even start... Their online bank app is a joke, not user friendly at all ESPECIALLY if you have to do anything with an EXTERNAL account. I have been with Levo for a couple years now and they have been fantastic!! Most recently worked with a lady name Amanda! She was prompt, understanding and made everything super quick and easy!! Give her a raise!
DO NO GET A LOAN THROUGH LEVO!!! This was my first and last time I'll ever be purchasing a vehicle utilizing a loan. That being said I knew going into it I'd want gap coverage and made it know on multiple occasions throughout my application process that that was the case. Unbeknownst to me my loan officer; whom levo has since terminated for unknown reasons, failed to file my gap coverage!!!
