I have had awesome customer service and assistance at all of the branches! Appreciate the different locations so I can do my banking business when I am in town. The staff who assist me on the phone are tremendous. All of your staff go above and beyond for their service! Keep up the strong work! Thank you for all that you do!

Horrible service! I deposited a large check, FROM LEVO, still has a hold on it for 5 days even though it came from them. Also have been into the branch 4 times and their wait time to speak with anyone has been longer than 20 minutes. I don't recommend banking here. If I could have put 0 stars I would have.
Neglect to tell you all the information with your loan contracts. Very rude people that work there
They have great customer service from the moment you in they greet you and make you feel welome. They take their time to answer your question and explain everything to you keep up the great work!
