Tess is awesome. She made me feel totally comfortable and is a master at her craft! Highly recommend.
Has very clear policies but enforces them inconsistently. She responds in days to appointment requests - and in my specific instance only responded to my request 30 hours before the scheduled time.
The best of the best. I love how professional and diligent Tess is. Responds so quickly to my appointment requests, makes getting waxed a fun experience, and is an expert at her craft.
Tess is such a wonderful human being, and I always look forward to my appts because they are literally the best part of my day!! I feel so comfortable and I have so much fun talking with her that I never want to leave. She does an amazing job waxing and I never want to go to anyone else
Tess is so sweet. Being pregnant, my lady bits have transformed into a horror show and she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She's very sweet and great at what she does! 10/10 recommend her! ❤️
