I would take my business anywhere else. We purchased several thing at the beginning of January and were pleased with the prices. Unfortunately, that was the last positive experience we had. The rest of our order never came in, managers never followed up with us, and we were never issued our refund check. The timelines shift constantly and you can't get anybody to call you back. Extremely disappointing experience.

Bought 4 chairs, and had to go to another location to pick them up, when I went immediately to get them, I was told there were only 2 chairs. And since I bought at their other location, there was nothing they could do about it.
We keep finding great furniture buys at Sam Levitz. And their sales people are incredibly helpful without being overbearing
