Unorganized and rude. They are friendly when purchasing a mattress BUT when issues arise the store associates (including the manager) all hide in the dark, LIE, ignore your concerns and do very little to fix the issue. Beware! Poor customer service! Very poor. Horrible experience to say the least. I would definitely not recommend you purchase here.
This is a warning!!! Do not use this Rt. 20 location. There is no customer service if you have a problem. And if you do make the mistake of using them, be sure to get on the bed before the delivery men leave, so you will know if the bed is too high because they will not come out to rectify. Even though I am a senior citizen, their expectation is that I remove this heavy mattress and figure out how to adjust a queen size base that elevates. I am so glad we decided to purchase a mattress at Levitz Mattress! Lynne was the best! She took her time to find which mattress firmness would be best for my husband and I. She did not make us feel rushed nor was she pushy. Once we understood which firmness was best it was easy to find a mattress in our price range. Their prices were better than the big corporations as well. I will be coming back to buy another mattress in the future.
Jackie is an absolute subject matter expert in his field. He is also honest and has a great sense of humor. My wife and I enjoyed our buying experience and received lots of important information during the process.
