I’ve started bringing in all my vehicles to this ford service shop. Never had any issues, the best service center.
Miguel and the rest of the guys at Levittown Ford are great! They are honest, professional, and personable. They will be honest with you on whether or not it’s worth fixing an issue and not just fix it to get you to spend money, which is incredibly hard to find now a days. Not happy about giving this review but it is what it is. Purchased car from dealership. It had less then 9000 miles purchased September 2023. Salesman told me since recent return and low miles I would be purchasing as a new car and warranty agreement would be as such. 36 mos 36000 miles. Well that was a lie . Had issue with brakes hissing and occasional brake pedal to floor. Called 4 different service centers and was told the wait for a appointment would be an average 3 months? Levittown Ford was able to take my vehicle in the same day, diagnosed and repaired the next day! Had a great experience dealing with Al, Miguel and Haley A+++
