I joined Levitate 7 months ago and it’s been the best decision I’ve made. The impact this has made to my wellbeing and lifestyle has been life changing. I’ve never trained before joining Levitate and now I’m training 4-5 times per week. I look forward to going to each session because it’s not only challenging but fun! The coaches are so super helpful and really take the time to show you proper technique. Levitate is a fun supportive environment and I highly recommend it to anyone looking at joining a gym.
My dealings with Leviate Mind and Body have been nothing short of amazing. Kristy the owner is professional, driven and willing to think outside the box so its no wonder she has a successful business that is growing at the rate it is. Keep up the good work!!!

I couldn’t recommend Levitate more highly! All the members are so welcoming, and the coaches so supportive and encouraging, that it has been easy to push myself out of my comfort zone. The coaches are always personally tailoring the workout to suit individual needs which is comforting knowing I won’t exacerbate existing injuries. I also love knowing that, in a time when we can be nervous about covid safety, I am training in a boutique gym that places the safety of its clients first with fastidious hygiene procedures.
