Во-первых, о смене доктора можно было предупредить заранее, а не в момент моего визита. Во-вторых, они сказали, что меня предупредили, но это не так. They literally charged my insurance thousands of dollars for bs. They didn’t seem to care at all and only care about what will fill their pockets. Will never come here again. Truly disappointed with NYU Langone on this one.

A couple of years ago, I was lent a monitoring device. When I returned it and asked for a receipt the receptionist said they don’t give a receipt. A couple of weeks later they billed me a few hundred dollars for the device. Eventually it was cleared up but I saw dishonesty. Yesterday I went to a doctor there and asked about a previous diagnostic report. He told me he didn’t write the report because he was on vacation and a different doctor wrote it and it’s all manufactured lies. I would avoid this place at all costs.
