Never Ever come to this location! Horrible experience! I came there for appointment and left after 60 minutes because I still wasn't seen! Dont waste your time and energy here!
We were a bit hesitant to come here for my mom’s test because of the low rating, but everything went above and beyond our expectations. The whole procedure took about four hours, and my mom is incredibly grateful to everyone.... from the front desk staff to Dr. Schmuckler and the nursing staff. Everyone was attentive, courteous, and simply friendly throughout the entire experience. The facility was also clean and well-maintained. We’re very glad we chose this place and truly appreciate the care and kindness shown to my mom
The receptionist by the name of Shavon or sherral is beyond disrespectful and not pleasant to deal with at all. Each and everytime speaking to this wretched woman is an issue, this office should really address this and drop this employee like a bad habit. If you don’t enjoy doing your job then maybe you need to find a differ profession. Just because you’re angry with life doesn’t mean you take it out on patients who are seeking help from a physician.
