Dr. Inna Abramova is a great doctor. However, the front desk on her floor, not so much. When signing electronic consents, they gave me one in a language I did not read. When I asked for an English version, instead, she turned the screen to her and said “its ok”, then proceeded to sign the consent for me. Essentially forging my signature on a consent I did not read. what an awful place !!!!! i was going to be 3 minutes late due to traffic. i called them in and they stubbornly and rudely denied me. now for the second time. stay away from that place if you want to save yourself pain and anguish.
I'm so fed up with this office that I will call my insurance company and have another medical office to put me in. This office is the worst. The receptionists are okay sometimes, but other times they are rude and dismissive. The doctors don't listen to what I am saying. They spend little time just to bill my insurance and say I was there. The Langone in Manhattan is wonderful, but it's too far for me to travel. The best one that I have encountered is Natalie; she is wonderful. She will go above and beyond.
