Very disappointing experience. I did keratin treatment but after just a few hours my hair turned to wavy and fizzy with lots of knots. I sent them some pictures and they said I should get there again to show the salon manager my hair but after two hours of waiting which he was unpolitely rejecting me, he said I wouldn’t have expected a smooth and straight hair and I have to do brushing whenever I need it to be tidy and nice, while I have told them I need my hair to be prepared all the time. Henry is great and all the staff work at the front are very professional but the older Asian lady who does manicures is horrible.
