I have not been able to get Brazilian waxing done for over a year since I lost my favourite person. Just didn’t have it in me to find someone new. I happened to see Julie today and I am ecstatic that I found someone amazing again! She quick, doesn’t hurt and knows what she’s doing!

Very disappointing experience. I did keratin treatment but after just a few hours my hair turned to wavy and fizzy with lots of knots. I sent them some pictures and they said I should get there again to show the salon manager my hair but after two hours of waiting which he was unpolitely rejecting me, he said I wouldn’t have expected a smooth and straight hair and I have to do brushing whenever I need it to be tidy and nice, while I have told them I need my hair to be prepared all the time.
