Better call before reserving. I reserved the grundy tour, they were unable to provide the service due to issues from the recent flood, which is understandable. I asked to transfer our tour to the Haysi location and was told there was no guide available due to staffing issues. It took 8 days for me to receive my refund. Overall, Very disappointing experience.
