I'm very disappointed at the work done by Levi Houston at Levi’s Paint & Performance on my car. From missing parts, too damaged parts, and the fact I have to repaint a freshly painted car is very unprofessional. From 1 year timeline to 3 while being fed lies and excuses. I spent thousands trying to support your business cause that's what a friend does, lesson learned.
These google reviews are literally for people to complain about a business 9/10 times. But this business went out of their way for me this last year to get things done on my Ram. I know they are short staffed but always followed through with what was the task at hand. They stand by their work as well and will fix anything that may be in question no questions asked
This guy will come across as a super great and friendly individual. Be aware though that this guy is a wolf dressed in sheep clothing. Will call you a friend make a you feel super comfortable and claim to be giving "friend" discount. He did a paint job for me and painted the truck three different colors of white. Multiple people have commented on it and when confronting Levi about the work he then makes you feel like your crazy and it is the same color when it is definitely not. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Took $20,000 from the insurance and did a $500 job. Windshield came back broken! Was supposed to replace exterior parts and he just used bondo instead and he didn’t even do it correctly. I’m pretty sure he has mice in his shop because all my interior was ripped, and he didn’t even want to pay it. I would never refer anyone here and for love of god do not trust a word he says.
Could give 0 stars if could but comment would do so NOBODY trusts this person with their vehicles. I took it for an issue my truck had and he returned it after 3 months with broken wires everywhere, missing parts everywhere under the hood and told me he couldn’t make it work. The truck no longer even runs. He wouldn’t answer my phone calls within the process of him having the truck and he won’t answer any of my phone calls now.
