Mechanics tend to get a bad rap. Chase at Levis & Sons proves that this is total bunk. My experience with this company was only graciousness, kindness, and understanding. I was in a pickle with a scratch on a car and Chase offered amazing support and most of all, a human touch, something that can be sorely lacking in many businesses these days. I highly, highly recommend this company for their skill, compassion, and their truly great, and genuine, customer service.
My wife was driving home when she noticed she had a flat tire. Luckily the shop was able to get her in right away and had the tire repaired in no time quick work and very reasonably priced.
These guys are crooks! Had my wife call to ask how much brakes and rotors would cost to be replaced, they quoted nearly $1300. I called them back and asked how much service would cost if I bought the parts myself, they quoted me $700. When I told them it was too much, the mechanic sarcastically responded “well find someone to do it for free “ before hanging up. I ended up getting it done at another place nearby for $325. They also mark up their gas by nearly a dollar and a half. Save your money.
The best repair shop in town. Great family!
