In light of the poor customer service that has become the norm when patronizing other businesses, I was blown away with the recent service from Levi’s. I purchased engineered wood floors from them 7 years ago and had an excellent customer service experience, so when I decided to purchase new carpeting and additional wood flooring it was a no brainer to go to them again.
