July 2025 Update: We are delighted with our new kitchen flooring! Mike, our salesman, did a good job of informing us of our choices and helping us decide which flooring we wanted. It was very helpful that he came to our house with flooring samples. He’s a nice guy and made the buying process easy and fun. Love our new carpet by Levi's 4Floors. Their services from selection, to ordering, to delivery, to installation was top notch. We had whole house carpet installation and it's a job to get the house ready, but the Levi's 4Floors list was comprehensive and made the task less scary. Professional installers worked 11 straight hours and also made sure our house was put back together before they left. Thank you.
From the visit to the store - to the home visit to measure the proposed carpet area - to the ordering from a selected sample - to the incredible crew that installed - to the look of the New Carpet We Love - we want to highly recommend Levi's 4 Floors. We are totally happy with their product and service and have no complaints!
Had tile flooring put in. Immediately after installation part of the carpet started fraying at the transition between the carpet and flooring. Called and emailed more than a few times and only got the response was that the installers would contact me. They never did.
I really appreciated my carpet purchase. The quality and texture was great and the customer service was just as great.
