I messaged their AI bot about my issue that needed legal help, gave them all my info, and never even received a call. Their commercials say they are willing to be trial lawyers, but they can't even call you back. Guess they really do hope to just settle out of court
I’ve waited a while , since my case was “closed “ to voice my concerns , since I’ve never had to experience a claim like this ever in my 70 years of life. I was NOT AT ALL satisfied with the outcome of my auto accident case handled by “Kim”, that occurred in January 2019.
