I’ve waited a while , since my case was “closed “ to voice my concerns , since I’ve never had to experience a claim like this ever in my 70 years of life. I was NOT AT ALL satisfied with the outcome of my auto accident case handled by “Kim”, that occurred in January 2019. During my case “Kim” went thru several, not exaggerating , paralegals who lost my files , or she could not access the information they accumulated on my case , ie : no password access , when they left .
