Love the doctors, love the facility! Very well educated and patient oriented.
Both physicians are very professional and thorough however, the supporting staff require training in customer service. As the front line, employees should treat every patient and everyone that walks through their doors with respect and courtesy being that everyone may be a potential patient or may refer a friend or family as a patient.The staff should also be educated on HIPPA and patients rights. Dr. Alvarez is a great doctor. He is always willing to explain anything to you and answer all your questions.
I am beyond happy I selected Dr. Joan Alvarez as my OBGYN. As a first time mom, my entire pregnancy experience has been so wonderful because of him. My husband and I couldnât be happier. The delivery was an amazing and Magical experience because of him. So grateful he was available at the time I went into labor spontaneously at 3am in the morning. I have absolutely no complaints how the delivery and the doctor visits went. The office staff are amazing as well.
I have to say Dr. Alvarez is the best. He's very attentive and knowledgeable of what he's doing. I will highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Alvarez
