Dropped a chair off Oct 8th. Was told it would be ready Dec 10th. Called for an update Jan 7th. Life happens, she'd try to have it by end of Feb. Another call, she's working on it. March another call, have it ready by Easter. Finally ready on May 16. Get it home and realize it had somehow suffered a broken arm. Not cracked, but broken. She never mentioned a word about it. The upholstery is good. The communication is ridiculous. Now realizing why the price was so much lower than other quotes I had received.
Doesn't return calls.
Levine's does excellent work at a fair price.
Thanks & as promised rec'd our chase cushion back in time for Easter .
