I recently found out that my elderly mother tried to get an earlier appointment, the receptionist response was there is none and if this is a medical emergency, go to the emergency room. That’s is horrible customer service, I could not believe my ears when I heard this, when the doctor finally saw my mother she wasn’t in there for more than ten minutes if that long. This will be reported to the medical community.
Dr Levine takes pride in what he does, If he does not like the way it looks what ever the case is dr Levine will follow you up with another visit to make sure the healing process of the care he gave you is 100% ok (The feeling i received was like being part of my family.
Dr. Levine is the best dermatologist. He is extremely personable and pleasant, makes you feel very comfortable. Most importantly, I trust his dermatological opinions and diagnoses, which is invaluable, because you need a dermatologist who has a good eye and can catch skin conditions and problematic moles early. The fact that he is able to provide excellent medical care while being engaging and putting you at ease is exactly what I want (and need) in a doctor.
