I saw you joined RKW property and took over Crest on Providence apartments. We have been having a HORRIBLE experience with both of them. My apt has "29" city code violations from mold to leaks to windows that are nailed shut to our stove being NOT attached to an outlet but to wires laying on floor and many more!!!
