I’ve had several dental implants done by Dr. Jill Levin at Levine Periodontics and Dental Implants, and every experience has been excellent. From the moment I arrived at the office through the entire implant process, the care and professionalism were outstanding. Dr. Levin explained each procedure in detail, which helped me feel informed and comfortable. I do not recommend this periodontist office. I waited nearly two months for an appointment that was scheduled for tomorrow, only to receive an email on Friday and a phone call on Monday informing me that my appointment was being cancelled because they required a referral from my dentist. If a referral was required, this should have been clearly communicated when I first booked the appointment, not just a few days before. Very rude , unprofessional front desk and office is not welcoming new patients . Not professional dental clinic .
The most gentle, soft spoken ,detailed and patient Dr. Office team, David and Paula are pleasant to deal with.
