Regarding to billing, the practice is dishonest. Reply to the practice: Yes, you did. The office manager was contacted regarding the charges, and she was dismissive.
I have been a patient at Levine Family Dentistry since 2022. Even with my very short history with them, I had a really good experience with my 2 prior cleanings and decided to continue obtaining my preventive/maintenance dental care with them. Unfortunately, I am leaving my last visit with a very bad impression of this practice. I had a routine cleaning scheduled that I booked earlier this year.
