My experience at this office has gone downhill. I was scheduled for a complimentary cleaning due to the long delays and issues with my full mouth makeover, yet I was unexpectedly charged at the end. My usual hygienist who I specifically followed to this practice wasn’t there, and I was given conflicting information about her absence. The hygienist I saw didn’t offer numbing gel and the cleaning felt rushed and incomplete. The whole visit left me feeling misled and very disappointed.
I’ve been a patient of this practice for over 30 years and have been extremely satisfied with the treatment I’ve received. Always professional and friendly staff.Hygienist Katherine is very knowledgeable and thorough. Beautiful and modern facilities and the most up to date equipment.
Dr. Forrester and her whole team were so helpful and accommodating! I don’t think I’ve ever liked a dentist’s office more 😁
