My wife has been trying to see Dr. Levine made an appointment with him, which was scheduled a month out. Morning of the appointment she was having trouble finding his office, tried calling the office, but the phones weren’t on. Then when she arrived 20 minutes late because there was no one to answer the phone and help her get there. They refuse to see her and offered to schedule her another month out. Great work Dr!
I love Dr.Levine and his whole office. Everyone is caring, takes time to get to know you and you don’t feel like a number. I left another fertility practice to come to Hudson Valley Fertility. What stood out from HVF compared to the previous practice was that HVF and Dr. Levine focused on overall health and my husband’s health. He was very clear on everything and answered all my questions. Hudson Valley Fertility is the place I recommend for Ivf. Everyone is compassionate and makes you feel comfortable walking into the office. Getting in touch with anyone on the medical side was easy and they answered any questions that my husband or I had. They made every step of the process smooth and able to understand.
