This review specifically pertains to the receptionist who was working on Friday 8/8 at approx 4:15 pm and answered our call about my son Tatum Lam. We had an appointment which we have been anxiously waiting on for Tuesday 8/12 at 9 am for Dr. Dale-Shall to go over my 3 year old’s abdominal ultrasound scans. When we booked the appointment, we let the staff know that we are based in Asheville and at this time I cannot physically travel due to the fact that I (his mom) am nearly 9 months pregnant with twins.
