I mistakenly selected this firm after receiving an email from them (they sent their email everywhere). They took my retainer on September 29, 2023 ($1,750), but they didn’t start my case until two months later on December 8th, 2023. During those two months, all they did was just send me a form to fill out. By December 8th of 2023, they had me pay off all the legal fee and court fee in full ($2,250 in total with $500 court fee) and they said they were only going to file the case after our payment.
