Tried to sell used furniture, the salesperson played dumb, truck drivers were also in on it, they forced a white delivery because the used furniture had no box. But they eventually came to their senses fast enough for three stars.
Caused by engineering not having enough clearance and terrible delivery that was not trained employees that know the durapella sectionals. In addition everything is a week to 2 week wait to have someone inspect and recommend action. If the item is not repairable it has to be in stock and reordered, which takes another one to 2 weeks.This will be the second time that this has to be replaced on a durapella sectional….buyer beware if not delivered with Levin delivery truck.
