DO NOT deal with these people!!! Everything they agreed to when trying to rent from them was a lie. We were told we could get a 6 month lease "no problem", that there was no "Pet deposit" whatsoever, and asked for a contract before we sent any money (because we were moving out of state). The contract they emailed was exactly opposite of what our verbal agreement was. They backed out of renting to us 3 days before our move and left us with nowhere to live.
