Visited on March 22, around 1:45pm. Walked into the store, didn't get greeted so I started helping myself to a size of jeans, someone finally came to help and I told them that I have heard low waisted jeans are better suited for people with shorter torsos (like myself) and she proceeded to say "Not necessarily..... Is there anything else I can help with?" and I was so dumbfounded by that response that I said no, and continued to help myself. Walked into the store today , the customer service is what every review says previously. Walked around was looking for jeans and neither of the 2 sale associate came to assist or ask to help. Both stayed behind the register in conversation with one another . Poor customer service at this location. Hire people who want to work. Or train staff better .
The attitude of pretty much every single salesperson there is absolutely HORRIBLE! Levi's needs to train every single one of them so they do not lose clients. They are in the business of customer service but they act like they are doing a favor talking to clients, if they are in a mood to talk. Never stepping into this store again!!
Rudest store workers. Worst customer service. They ignored as i entered.. no greeting, and unwilling to help.. bitter attitude.
visited the Levis store a few days ago and was very disappointed by the females that work there. Horrible attitudes! If you don't like your job, get a new one because how the females treat their costumers is not okay.
