Disappointing experience at the Levi’s store in Altoona, Iowa. I recently spent a significant amount there and was left with the clear impression that my business meant very little. The issue itself was manageable. The way it was handled was not. What I experienced was cold, unhelpful service and a complete lack of effort to make things right. If customer service matters to you, I would think twice before shopping at this location. Just sharing so others know what kind of experience they may be walking into.
Visited the outlet in Des Moines and the customer service was awful! The manger Joseph was rude and judgmental. I won’t go into all the details.
