I went in today to do a simple exchange because a pair of pants didn’t work out. Unfortunately, the cashier I interacted with was very unfriendly and made the experience uncomfortable. I was polite, smiling, and even tried to make light conversation, but was met with silence and an unwelcoming attitude. Don’t believe the prices on the tag. They scan higher at the register. When I brought it up to the staff, the response is prices may go up without their knowledge. Transparency with products prices are part of great customer care because most customers make purchase decisions based on the price on the tag. Unfortunately, this place shows no ownership on this flaw. The discounts are useless as prices are scanned higher. Be aware!!
