Irresponsible, he didn't return many calls, he was not concerned at all for my 94 year old home bound aunt. He showed up once a month for less than a minute, but was happy to bill Medicare promptly. I asked him to authorize a hospital bed for her for over a year-and-a-half, which he never did. My aunt finally fell out of bed and taken to the ER and was put on hospice.
