Builder (Doug) had to correct garage pad cracking at less than 6 months after purchasing new home. Less than 6 months later the pad is cracked again in the exact same spot. Builder refuses to correct or provide written documentation of home warranty. You can do a lot better than these guys.
Pretty good, some good snacks in the pantry. Sometimes levi can be a little edgy, but overall fun and quirky.
