I contracted Levi Design to design and get permits for an ADU I wanted to build on my property. I signed an agreement with Levi Design on June 3, 2022, and was told that their portion of the work would take two to three months. There were initial delays with the designer but I decided to keep working with the company because they did a good job of designing a floor plan that fit what I was looking for. Our experience with Levi Design was scattered, disorganized and overall; bad. They would disappear for months at a time then somehow they'd make it our fault. Then there were also suddenly "more charges" due to "additional work outside the scope" which we were not aware it was outside the scope. We would have liked simple guidance such as "if we add this deck, it will increase the cost of the structural plans by X amount, would you still like to add the deck to the design?"... But NO. The best customer service! Avi had scheduled multiple calls with me to answer all my questions to ensure that I understand the process of building on my property and what are the best ways to maximize my income from the property. I'm going to be continuing my architectural plans with the company and I am beyond impressed at the service and knowledge of Avi and his team.

We are very happy to have hired Levi Design to design and have ready to issue permits to select our Contractor. In my opinion it is extremely helpful to have approved plans from the city, floor plan and 3D renderings when bidding the project to contractors. There will be no surprises and bids will be accurate based on City approved plans. Levi Design measured our Garage and property to start the design process.
