Levet was contracted to build an ADU on one of my properties. They failed to follow through on their contract. The unprofessionalism and the lack of communication from their team is what stood out the most. Levet was contracted for a project with one of my friends. Their contract was a fixed priced contract and now they don’t want to follow through with the contract stating materials went up. They failed to communicate with the client for months , not replying to emails and phone calls. they won’t agree to finalize the contract so now they are in court. Just got my ADU done by Levet, I'm super happy with the results. It was such a big and scary step for us and they made it all work out and took care of everything. We didn't have any change orders and zero headaches. This moth we finally rented out our ADU!!! so happy with the results. Thank you Levet
Levet Construction had a contract with me to provide permits and create my ADU . after 1 1/2 of working with the city for the permits , they stopped paying the architect ultimately causing my project to be put on hold. After multiple attempts , calls , emails , messages asking them for an update on the project they never got back to me. They did not bother to give me a call or tell me that they chose to cancel and not pursue my project any longer. Super disappointed and upset that i trusted this company
