I purchased a home from Leverick and I can not emphasize enough how happy you will be with the home. Quality on the products used and build quality is top notch. Warranty issues (very minor things/settling of the home) was super easy to deal with. Unlike other builders I've dealt with Josh is super helpful and always answers his phone. You pay for quality and service and you will get that with Leverick.
Working with Leverick Builders was one of the best decisions we could have made.
