Probably the cleanest CF gym you'll ever see. Lots of equipment, nice open floor plan, tons of natural light. Friendly, welcoming members. Dave gives really good coaching tips throughout warm up and workout. Website gives a little bit of trouble, so sending an FB message is a great way to contact them. The stretching session of the warmup was very long, not really balanced with the workout. Pretty low energy gym. It was even hard to hear the coach's instructions over the music. I prefer something a bit livelier.

Love this place! The gym is consistently clean and classes are always run on time. Classes are set up with a stretch and warm up prior to any weight training which I love to avoid injuries. Coaches are always looking out for your safety and best interest. Aside from all of that, it’s an hour to spend working on your fitness with the best people!
