I don't recommend this company. Was living on one of their properties. Damaged rooftop, holes in the floor, black mold everywhere, neighbours were stealing, made joints while second smoke is toxic, poisoned the tree. Staff member Cris K. assaulted me and people that living in that property are totally fine with it, James A probably knew what Cris goingto do. Nikita, very rude, unprofessional persona, which using illegal practices to steal 300$.

Room 1 rented to a guy playing 'a girl' all time, who's mood jumping up and down like under something, who was stealing a lot, played nonsense directly to my room, but stayed in house instead of psychiatric hospital. Nikita at Elever has been nothing short of amazing! Any issue that has been brought up, as a renter, has been addressed with speed and professionalism whilst ensuring communication was top priority!
