Extremely disappointing experience with this property manager. Despite sending numerous emails and making multiple phone calls regarding our rent arrears, I received no response or follow-up. Communication was extremely poor, and the lack of professionalism made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. Definitely one of the worst property management experiences I’ve had.
