This is the first time i have done a new build and my journey so far with this builder has been exceptional. The experience has been fantastic and I want to give a big shout out to Aleysha my Concierge who has been with me every step of the way. Every Stage completion comes with up to date photos, where it is at, what is next etc. The speedy time at which every stage is done is absolutely outstanding. The whole process seems to me, to be super organised and on point. Very highly recommended.

From the initial discussions through to the establishment of management for my new property, the experience has been professional, attentive and reassuring. It's refreshing to deal with a team that takes such a personal interest in its clients and tenants. Thank you for making the entire process so seamless. I love the certainty of their professionalism and my new tenants love the care and communication.
What stands out most is how responsive she is. Emails and calls get answered quickly, questions are dealt with properly rather than brushed off, and if she doesn't have an answer straight away she follows up when she says she will.
