It can be really hard to get through first thing but when you speak to a receptionist they have so much empathy and will try to help you the best they can.
This is a review specifically for Dr Ben Addlestone. Thank you for being patient centred and empathetic. I found it easy to be honest about the issues I was experiencing. Really appreciate all the help you've given me
Great doctors, but difficult to get an appointment
The staff are very friendly. 8am phone lines open, but only 3 people can be in the queue so your call fails. You call back repeatedly to compete for one of 3 queue slots. Finally you get through and might get given an appointment if you get through early enough. Or you go onto the app, which they say has appointments avalible in 2 weeks but those slots don't show up on the app. You ask if they can book you in over the phone but get told no you need to use the app. Rubbish experience let down by technology - it must be possib... read more
