AVOID! If I could give zero stars I would. Not only rude but incompetent. No contact, had to be chased for everything. Completely disregarded repeated advice about what was damaged. Demanded (from insurance assessor) to complete expensive and unnecessary work but didn't fix actual damage. Don't answer phone or return calls or emails - even to insurer and assessor. Slow. I can not recommend this company enough! I found myself in a situation in the middle of remote outback NSW in my brand new 30 day old 2025 Mazda CX5 which decided to have an altercation with a roo causing significant (and i mean significant damage) to the vehicle. In the infinite wisdom of my insurer they sent the vehicle 5 hours away to Leven.
