We purchased our home from LEVELTX in July of 2023 and have had multiple plumbing issues along with numerous other problems since moving in. Despite multiple warranty service calls (December 2024 and July 2025), by an unlicensed plumber, the problem was never fixed properly — each time we were told it was just “construction debris in the line.” By September 2025, our bathroom and bedroom flooded, and an independent plumber confirmed it was a major plumbing/foundation defect that has likely been leaking sewage and water under... read more

I worked with Level TX on a LED video wall in May 2025, which I completed as agreed. Despite delivering the work on time according to the terms discussed, I have not received payment of $5,250.00, which includes $262.50 of late fee for a grand total of $5,512.50 before tax. I have reached out multiple times over the past 7 weeks via email, phone and text messages, but have not received any response or any solution.
