Had an appointment with Valerie and she was absolutely phenomenal - so patient, so skilled and kind. She fully understood when i wanted to yap and when i just wanted to and play on my phone - AND she completely transformed my hair which itself was miracle work provided the hair colour i walked in with compared to the hair colour i walked out with, it's so beautiful and perfect. It literally couldn't have been done better.
I recently had an appointment at levels with Gabby, where I got the haircut and blonde of my DREAMS. I have fine, but dense hair that is somewhere between curly and extremely wavy. Because of my finicky hair texture, I have left my hair extremely long as it never looks right after a cut. As its hard for me to trust anyone with my hair I thought I'd give Levels a shot.First time at this salon and I'll be going back for future haircuts. Gabby did my hair and was great to work with. She greeted me with a smile and asked me what I was looking to get done.I showed her what I wanted with a few tweaks here and there and she did a great job.We talked about how my last hairstylist did my hair and she kept checking with me to see if I wanted something changed.
This is the salon to go to if you have any anxiety whatsoever towards going to a salon and getting your hair done!!! Gabby did the most beautiful job on my hair.
