Worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. This kitchen renovation was a complete disaster from start to finish. The project took way longer than promised — constant delays, missed deadlines, and zero accountability. Communication was terrible; I had to chase them for updates the entire time. We were looking for a contractor who we could trust to convert our long neglected media room into a bedroom in a timely manner. We came across Cristian from another recommendation. Not only did he work quickly but he went above and beyond in making sure that everything was done perfectly from start to finish. Our new bedroom is absolutely drop dead gorgeous. Christian and his team did an outstanding job! He is extremely reliable, responsive, and communicates clearly throughout the project. Working with him was easy and stress-free. What impressed me most was his versatility — from installing curtains and a glass shower door (with grouting), to setting up an EV charger and even helping with small tasks like changing bulbs at no extra cost. I truly appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. I’ll absolutely be reaching out to him for all future home projects!
Cristian and his team at LevelOff did a fantastic job on renovations at our home. They completed several renovations for our house which was being listed for sale. Cristian replaced the countertops and fixtures on three of our bath sinks. Based on the outstanding results we contracted him to replace the two in two of the baths and the results were of the same great quality. Very much recommend.
