Had a very bad experience. Called for free quote on repair. He came onsite and said it was the coil in the furnace unit. Took one cover off the AC. He said this happens a lot in West Texas due to the oilfield and sulfur. Said he could try to find one but it would be 1500 or more but he'd probably just have to get me a new unit for 9,000. I thought this sounded fishy so I called another company and they came out with a loaner unit and immediately found a leak in my line from the condenser. It was very helpful. With The information I received, I took out the heating elements and clean them and the problem was resolved. Very helpful I recommend and I will use them in the future if needed.
