Timely. Communicates well. Very thoughtful approach on how to solve my problem which was pretty bad. Our concrete walk and pool skirting dropped about 2.5 - 3 inches. Now its perfect. Best part is it was completed on budget and on time and looks as good. if not better, than it was new. I would definitely recommend Pat to solve any concrete issues.
