The worst apartment ever. A few months ago I was told by a resident that he seen a homeless guy go into a vacant room and was living there for free. Worst apartment complex in OKC!
Unit was not cleaned upon move in date. There was mold and cabinet doors and blinds falling off the hinges. The patio door did not fully close or lock. The Saturday agent (Tatianna? Sorry if it’s incorrect) was super kind and stated they would address the leak immediately. But I work from home and can’t have their work going on in the same space. Hey D. Enriquez… same exact experience here. Every single person that the “Scott Group” (down the road) did this to should share their experiences here publicly. They left the unit up for rent online and it stated “available,” so I paid the deposit to secure it. When I showed up to follow up with them, I was told “there are three people in line ahead of you for this unit.” ZERO indication of that online. Zero refund. I stopped in and the staff was super friendly I am looking to move pretty quickly they didnt have anything available at the moment because of the renovations currently going on. They told me about more properties they have but I really want Level. We still took a look around and the complex and units are nice just couldnt fit my timelime.
EDIT: As expected, I was finally contacted by Leslie, the property manager, following my Google review. She made many promises and blamed "accounts payable" for the delays. She promised to provide constant updates about my check. This was two and half weeks ago, and I have not received any correspondence from her once again nor any check in the mail.
