This place is absolute garbage where they promise you the world to get you in the door and as soon as you walk in it’s like being in jail! They take all of your belongings, disconnect you from your family, and try to force you to stay longer than you intended. That way when you get out you come back to no home no job no car, nothing. It’s all gone. There are so many better choices out there. If you are considering this place run!!!!!

Absolutely terrible place. They told me that my php banned me, they didn’t, because they didn’t agree with their program. Sent me from nj to Florida against my wishes, they do not care about their patients. They make you wear beacons to track your movements at all times, the nursing is very rude. The doctor in charge disregards your symptoms, prescribes meds that aren’t needed, won’t prescribe the ones that ARE like Seroquel or trazodone. We Level Up is awesome!! They go out of their way to help you. Most of the staff are in recovery, they understand and have great knowledge. They have helped my husband and I a great deal. I would recommend We Level Up to anyone that needs detox
