Terrible experience! Was lied to about length of stay before I even got there explained I needed to be home within 10 days was told yes I could. They would not let me leave and sent me to another place in New Jersey when I left ( they call it a PHP).My Therapist was not there for 3 straight days ( Anthony). There were some amazing groups run by Sherine and Mike who was not my therapist but helped as much as possible.
I can’t say enough positive things about the staff at Level Up Treatment Center in New Jersey. Jeff welcomed my son the moment he walked through the doors, he was supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. As a mom I was naturally overwhelmed, nervous, and so desperate to help my son. Jeff walked me through everything, listened to my concerns, and eased my racing thoughts. techs are amazing, jamie, jeff, sam, jackie, sherine and matt are the most amazing people. anthony is a great therapist and helped so much, the community i met there were great people.
Good place to go to start your recovery! I had a really great experience through all that they offer especially counseling sessions and groups with Anthony he taught me how to be honest with myself which is where it starts. Wonderful staff especially the tech/new alumni coordinator Jeff. All the nurses, case managers especially Jess they work to get things done on the outside for you so you don’t have to worry about your job or legal issues the techs are wonderful down to earth people Tori Sami and jayme were amazing thank y... read more
Multiple experiences in multiple places (not proud)! Level up cares the staff CARES! The food amazing . One on one time whenever needed ! Nothing was forced on me if I needed rest I was told get rest if I needed to talk I never waited long.
