It was a true pleasure hiring Level Up Tile and Flooring! Open communication, friendly, honesty, cleanliness, exceptional workmanship! Bernard was great to work with! His workmanship was outstanding! He cares about the job! Always texted me in the morning to let me know when he’s arriving. He made sure he covered countertop, carpet, and disposed of empty boxes we purchased! What's not to love? First, scheduling an estimate was quick and easy. Bernard was on time for the initial visit to give an estimate. Their prices were very reasonable, and they didn't try to upsell me on work that didn't need to be done like another installer did. Bernard gave the initial estimate before our new countertops were installed. When he arrived, he discovered some issues that would require additional work on his part due to the lack of professionalism on the part of the countertop provider.
