Best trainers in Northern California! Love all of the classes offered and the personal care provided. I'm amazed with the knowledge of modifications that allows the trainer to work around my disabilities and target the muscles without causing pain; better than most physical therapist I've seen over the years.

I have belonged to all of the local gyms in Yreka and Level Up Studio is by far the best. The instructors are knowledgeable and keep you motivated. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. They offer a variety of classes so you will never get bored. The virtual classes are a great alternative especially if you are just starting out and not comfortable in a group setting. I highly recommend Level Up Studio.
What a great studio! The instructors are top notch, experienced, and so knowledgeable. There are a variety of classes to choose from and the instructors help modify to different skill levels and physical needs. I am so happy I found this gem in our small town.
