Cassandra is truly the best realtor! This is our second time buying a house with her and will not use anyone else moving forward ! She got us into a new build and the experience has been smooth thanks to her . This is much more different than buying a house move in-ready, there is more work and follow ups that need to be completed and she is always on top of it for me. As a working mom of three, I appreciate having her on my corner to communicate, negotiate and follow up on everything. Cass is a great person to work with!

She uses both traditional and modern advertising techniques that give the house a lot of exposure. She's very flexible and is open to any new or creative ideas that you might bring up as well and is willing to try anything. Her dedication is admirable and is definitely an asset!
I have been working with Cassie on an investment property that I’m renovating and will be selling. She will be my realtor and has already exceeded expectations. She has connected me with a videographer and a stager she is actively marketing my house and it’s not even finished with renovations yet. I’d give 6 stars if it were an option.
Carlos was a stud to work with. He helped us save almost 50 K on our first deal, was very supportive through the whole process, wasn’t pushy at all and make sure our first deal was successful. I highly recommend you work with their team.
