Went to Level Up Performances to change my OEM headlights to HIDs and Suren did a great job. It was installed in a timely manner and they are working perfectly. Much brighter and clearer than the old ones. I will definately be coming back in the future if I need anything else done.

If i could give minus in ratings this company would be deserving. I have never rated a company before good or bad but this car dealership was so rude and disrespectful i had to share the lack of respect they have for potenial customers.
Made an appointment to have an HID kit installed in my car. Drove for an hour only to be told that “I thought you cancelled”. No apology, only an offer to come back in 2-3 hours as he was working on another vehicle. Response to owner: Everything I stated is factual and true. It’s only been 5 days by the way, not a week. Anyway, I’ve made my point. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. Next time, I’ll go to a real shop.
