We hired Level Up builders in November of 2024 for a kitchen remodel . We had interviewed two other companies but ultimately felt the most comfortable going with Eli our salesman and project manager. The pace of the job was very smooth right off the bat and only picked up once the work started. During the design phase the team including Liane were very pleasant to work with. Very very bad service
Charged for permits never filed. City stopped the project mid-way. Had to start from scratch. Scam tactics.
Didn’t follow design plans. Did whatever they wanted. Now my space looks wrong. They ignored my input.
