We highly recommend Level Up Home Remodeling for any major project. We recently finished a remodel in Los Altos working with the owners, Ellie and Nir, and our PM, Tal, and are incredibly satisfied. Their communication is phenomenal—we received regular WhatsApp updates(with photos) and had structured weekly on-site meetings resulting in zero surprises. We contracted Eli and Level-up for a remodel of our house in Mountain View. We interviewed several other companies but decided to go with Eli based on his energy, his initial insights and track record of staying on schedule. Poor experience with Level Up Home Builders. The tiles are uneven, and some fixtures feel loose. It doesn’t look professionally done.
This was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The crew often showed up late or not at all, which delayed the project significantly. It felt very unorganized and unprofessional.
This review is only fair - if you choose a company and an individual project manager in part because they care about your experience and their reputation, if they do indeed live up to their reputation as being the real deal, you at least owe them a five star review.
