If you've been thinking about taking pole fitness classes.. this is your confirmation that you need to sign up ASAP. The classes are fun and helps bring out your sexiness. The coaches are nice and very supportive. The owner Koko is friendly and sweet. All of the coaches have a different style so book with each one to be well rounded in your journey. I took two beginner pole classes and it is everything. Sensual, empowering, and beginner friendly. KoKo created an atmosphere where you can feel safe, sexy, and supported while learning. I’ve grown in both confidence and body awareness since taking her class. Truly a 5-star experience. Monthly membership, here I come!
I came in to Level Up and took the beginner flow class which was on the faster side I expressed my confusion to Crystal the one who was teaching the class I did not appreciate her response nor her lack of attention as she was more engaged with the other ladies. This is the best pole studio I’ve been to since the first time I tried pole. Koko, Krystal, and Deona are amazing! I’m a big woman and they show me that size doesn’t matter here. I can’t wait to see my progress by the end of the year. I love Level Up! Thanks for creating a safe space for all!
Our instructor was so nice and helpful. I’m a guy and foreign to this but she was so helpful to me! WOW what a workout! We are going back to the next level class! Highly recommended …man or woman!
