I attended pole classes at the Arlington location from March until I moved back to Alabama in July. The teachers are awesome and they really support your development. I didn’t realize how great I had it until I moved and saw how other studios run their classes (i.e. mixed level classes, sharing poles, no photography, etc.). I’m glad that I received my foundation to pole at this studio and highly recommend Level Up!
I took intro to pole today with Coach Crystal and had a great experience. Crystal was so nice and I loved the way she was encouraging us. The class was very beginner-friendly and I would love to come back for another class.
Am I sore? Yes. But is coach Jas literally THE BEST? Also, yes! First time trying pole outside of a “bachelorette session” and I am on class #3 for Intro to Pole. 3 weeks ago, I couldn’t touch my toes or do 1/2 the moves because I wasn’t flexible or strong enough. Today! I’m grabbing ankles and pirouetting all up & through this studio take the class, ask for Jas, you won’t be disappointed.
All the coaches are amazing - Coach Ashley, Coach Jasmine, and Koko - you can tell they really love what they do and I’ve improved so much in only 2 months!!! Excited to keep growing
One of my favorite things about this studio is how excited the instructors get when you finally get something you’ve been working on, whether it’s a spin, climb, invert, or transition. They celebrate with you like they accomplished it themselves, and that kind of support makes such a difference in an environment that can otherwise feel intimidating when you’re learning.
